The kitchen/diner at Hilltop was cozy and perfect for cooking dinner while enjoying the fire. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated having plenty of kitchen equipment and dishes available. The bathroom downstairs had a brilliant shower and a nice big bath tub. There was plenty of space for the kids to relax downstairs or in the front room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views from the kitchen and main bedroom. It was also conveniently located near the town center with its interesting shops and coffee bars. there were plenty of walks in the beautiful surroundings. Parking was easy and right outside the door, and the shower and bath provided ample hot water. The owners were accommodating and understanding when we needed to change our dates.

Parking was limited due to residents permit only restrictions, which could be frustrating. The TV being in a separate room from the log burner was a bit inconvenient, although it was still nice to watch the fire while sitting at the dining table.
